Jamaica Estates Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Situated on the northern portion of Jamaica lies Jamaica Estates, an upper-class neighborhood belonging to the New York City borough of Queens. Along with neighboring Jamaica, Fresh Meadows, Holliswood, and Utopia, it belongs to the Queens Community Board 8. Jamaica Estates is bounded by Utopia Parkway, Hillside Avenue, and Union Turnpike. ZIP code is 11432, and it is patrolled by the officers of the 103rd Precinct of the New York City Police Department. In the political sphere, the neighborhood is represented by the 24th District of the New York City Council. It has a population of approximately 14.000 with a predominantly white demographic, although there are certain minority communities such as Bangladeshis, and Filipinos.

This leafy and affluent community is famously known for its expensive Tudor-style housing market, and for the being the birthplace of U.S. President Donald Trump. Jamaica Estates was a planned community developed sometime during the 1900s. The community has one of the strongest tightly-knit suburban atmospheres, offering its residents a chance to escape the busy New York City lifestyle. What sets it apart from other neighborhoods in Queens, it’s it “pastoral” feel, tree-lined, hilly streets, something people referred to as a “leafy suburb.” Since the early planning stages, developers made a commitment to preserve the land within the community, which is why, to this date, there are plenty of Oaks, Maples, Chestnuts, and Elm trees more than 200 years old.

Although most residents owned their own cars, public transportation isn’t an issue in this affluent upper-class community. On Hillside avenue there’s the terminal station of the F train. Also, express bus lines QM8, QM7, and QM6 take people from and to Manhattan.
